An Evening for Couples: A Valentine Gift to Each Other

Together, we’ll explore the joys and the challenges of living together

We’ll look at:

• The basic challenge in any relationship:  remaining separate while remaining connected
• Ways to understand emotions, caring and self-esteem
• Understanding how other people affect our relationship:  triangles and how best to navigate in them – with children, in-laws, friends, etc.
• Realistic expectations – of ourselves, of each other, and of our relationship!
